Applications for the 2010 Excellence Awards are now open.

The documents and templates needed to nominate a project for the 2010 Awards are available below.
Entries are now open, nominations close on Friday 5 February 2010 at 5pm.

» Nomination Form to be signed by the Chief Executive of each organisation
» Guidelines to assist organisations to meet the assessment criteria
» Template for Submission in Support of Nomination

Note: Difficulties experienced while opening the above documents may be due to the web browser blocking file downloads. If a message bar appears at the top of the web browser, click on the bar and select allow file download. Otherwise, settings may be changed through Tools > Internet Options > Security.

If you are unsure, or if you do not want to change security settings, electronic copies of the above documents may be requested via email awards@ipanz.org.nz. Please include in the email the name of the documents you require.
