Ministry of Social Development for Improving Outcomes for Young People in Counties Manukau (Youth Gangs)
This project is a four year collaborative Plan of Action to improve outcomes for the young people of Counties Manukau and reduce youth gang activity. It is a partnership between the Ministries of Social Development, Justice, Education, Health and Youth Development, and the New Zealand Police. This partnership between agencies aims to interrupt offending behaviour and reconnect young people to their communities by way of employment, education or training and supports at risk children and young people and their families to make positive choices. It is having a positive impact on at risk children and young people.

The New Zealand Police for the New Zealand Police Leadership and Management Development Framework
The Leadership and Management Development Framework is designed to facilitate the development of a highly capable Police workforce, where effective leadership and managerial behaviours are demonstrated at all levels of the organisation. This comprehensive initiative was commenced in 2004 to deal with a perceived lack of emphasis on continual education and improving leadership skills throughout the Police, and supports the vision of the Police to ensure that the public feel safe in their communities.

New Plymouth District Council for the Rewa Rewa Agreement
The Rewa Rewa Agreement is an innovative 21st century solution to complex issues for Māori and local government arising from 19th century decisions. A formal partnership was established between the NPDC and the Hapu Trust to manage the 'Te Rewa Rewa Reserve'.

The Electronic Filing of Infringements project was initiated by the Ministry of Justice to improve the quality and responsiveness of justice services through the introduction of electronic filing of infringement notices for government agencies and local authorities. It has fundamentally changed the way other government agencies and local authorities file infringement notices with the courts.
